When I began wholesaling my miniatures in 1974, it became quickly
obvious that the standard model for retail / wholesale pricing of
manufactured products did not fit the realities of hand-crafted miniatures
- a realm somewhere between one-of-a-kind craftwork and limited edition
reproductions. To simply halve the selling price of a piece of work
in order to sell it created two problems: the profit would be reduced
by more than 50% (since costs remain constant), but the demand
would increase proportionally, perhaps to a level that would tax my
ability to meet the needs of my valued dealers.
Fortunately, much of my work lent itself to being reproduced by various
techniques which, while preserving the quality and appearance of each
piece, allowed them to be produced more quickly and economically in
small groups rather than one at a time. So, I was able to lower my
selling prices for items purchased in a quantity which would allow
me to realize the economy of reproduction. Over the years I have developed
a solid group of miniatures which I feel comfortable selling at discount
to dealers able to meet a minimum quantity order.
In addition, I keep a production schedule which, except for holidays
and travel periods (and those times when I inadvertently get behind)
allows me to promise that most orders will be shipped within
three weeks of my receiving the order.
So, to summarize: reasonable discounts for miniatures ordered in reasonable
quantities, delivered in a reasonable time. These factors, along with
my close attentions to the needs of individual dealers, make it possible
to maintain a business relationship that will be satisfactory to us
both. I hope you will feel the same.

Minimum Wholesale Order
is One Hundred Dollars per Order, net.
Dealer Wholesale Discount is for Selected items ordered in minimum
quantities specified below:
Kiln-fired Pottery: 40% Discount
Six of each size ordered.
Garden Tools and Accessories:
40% Discount
Three of any identical item.
Fireplaces and Mantels:
40% Discount
Two of any Identical Item, or Six Assorted Mantels or Fireplaces in
the same scale.
Fireplace Accessories, Brick Backs, Chimneybreasts,
Glowing Embers: 40% Discount
Two of any identical item..
1/4" Wood Vignette Kits: 35%
Discount
Two of any identical item or four assorted items.
1/144" Paper Vignette Kits: 40%
Discount
Two of any identical item or four assorted items.
Other Items:
Non-discounted items shown on my main site, and items ordered in less
than minimum quantities described, are eligible for a
25% Sample Discount, when ordered
along with a Minimum ($100) Wholesale Order.

If the
quantities on the drop-down lists do not meet your requirements,
you may adjust the number ordered when you review your shopping

Ordering and Shipping

(DEALERS: When ordering online, use just your Business Name and E-mail
address - leave the address, phone, etc. blank - for your convenience.)
I ship Prepaid orders only. My policy is to not deposit your
payment until your order is ready for shipment. I will email
your pro forma statement, with a list of the items you have ordered
and the amount of your total, for your review prior to building your
order.
Shipping is via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation, unless
you specify otherwise. Minimum shipping charge is listed, actual
shipping charges will be calculated and included in your confirmation.
Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, return any item
to me within ten days for full refund, exchange or credit, your choice.
